Walnut hills high school national merit semifinalists (2022)
The 68th annual National Merit Scholarship Program semifinalists includes 100+ Ohio high school students. Walnut hills high school national merit semifinalists students are among the 16,000 students nationwide that will compete for 7,250 National Merit Scholarships worth roughly $28 million, which will be granted in the spring.
The Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test, which juniors in high school take, determines which students are chosen. Students and a high school official must submit an extensive scholarship application that includes the student’s academic record, participation in school and community activities, leadership abilities that have been demonstrated, employment, and honors and awards received, in order to be considered as a finalist.
