Programme Objective:
The UBA GMAP is aimed at inspiring young professionals to explore their inherent potentials and develop a pipeline of next-generation leaders and bankers. The programme focuses on selecting, developing, and training individuals who will drive the Bank’s vision of becoming the undisputed leading financial services institution in Africa.
Duties & Responsibilities:
As a participant in the GMAP, your responsibilities will be assigned based on your skills, interests, and the bank’s needs.
Minimum Educational Qualification:
To be eligible for the programme, applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
Minimum Years of Work Experience:
No prior work experience is required for this programme.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
